Classic Game Room HD reviews the SUPER NINTENDO video game console which was released in the U.S. in 1991. A fan favorite and many viewers’ first game system, the Super Nintendo delivered awesome video games with a 16 bit style that differed from its main rival, the Sega Genesis. Smoother visuals and that Nintendo flair for lengthy games packed with months of gameplay made the SNES game console the system to own for fans of Mario games and Zelda. Could you find Super Metroid on the Genesis, Sega CD or 32S? No! (but could you find Cosmic Carnage on the SNES… No!) This Super Nintendo video game console review shows games and the game system up close. Relive the days when competing video game consoles were actually different and played different games. Reminisce about different sound effects, music design and graphics that separated rival Nintendo from Sega. The American Super Nintendo may be built to last and works like a champ but suffers from a case of the uglies. These days many of the best Super Nintendo games can be found on the Nintendo wii Virtual Console and downloaded for a few bucks. Games like Super Mario Kart on SNES and Super Mario World still hold their value and bring back years of memories for collectors.

Classic Game Room HD reviews NYKO Component video cables for Nintendo Wii. These replacement audio video cables use component video output to give the best color and resolution possible for your nintendo wii. Want better picture in 480p on your HDTV? Use these Nyko component cables for Wii to see rich colors, deep blacks and sharper graphics that the stock OEM composite cable gives you. Composite video is cheap and awful compared to component video, which is why most game consoles give you composite. It costs them very little to include crappy composite cables. Fork over a few bucks for some good Nyko Component audio video cables to get a better picture from your Nintendo Wii. Improve your Wii audio video quality noticeably with these cables which are well built and reasonably affordable. This is a fine CGR hardware review reviewing Nyko Nintendo wii component audio video cables. Replacement cables.

Classic Game Room HD breaks out the HD camera and reviews the NINTENDO GAMECUBE video game controller! This controller is awesome and is Nintendo’s 2nd only to the NES Advantage. This controller has a nice feel to it, good controls, thumb sticks and a well positioned D-pad. It fits nicely into the hands and is great for a variety of games on the Nintendo Gamecube and Nintendo wii. Yes the Gamecube controller will work with the Wii for some games (and all Gamecube games). Will Nintendo come out with a wireless version of the Gamecube controller in the future? (maybe they alread have, don’t know…) Watch Classic Game Room for Retro reviews because it is a retro reviewer video game review show that plays and reviews games from the 70′s, 80′s, 90′s and through today. Old School gaming has never had it so good because Classic Game Room tells you what games are awesome and what games to buy. This is the first Nintendo Gamecube hardware and controller review from Classic Game Room!
