How Can i Make my Wii work more efficient while online? |
My internet runs about 600-900 kbps and I have a very good router its a Lynksys and its over $100. I have the Wii internet channel on my wii and it worksfast but when i try to play online in brawl it lags alot.
It might not be your connection – I think Brawl is just always a little laggy.

How to download and play games on the wii? |
I bought a wii and it just sits here because we don’t know anything about it. Can someone tell me how to hook it up to my pc/internet. Also, how can I download games and play them on the wii. And is there anything else that I can do with my wii, besides just playing store-bought games.
You must to make your Wii to be modified with a mod-chip before you play games or movies.
Of course it can play any game of your own, and any movie (also DivX as you asked) as you wish after you get your wii mod-chip installed!
It’s a very mature technical now so it won’t have problem if you get your wii modified.
Also you can download any PAL or NTSC Wii game as you wish online now.
About the downloading and backup and copy games service: There are serveral sites providing such download services. They are very excellent on the contents, not only Complete big Wii games like Metroid, LOR, American Idols and Guitar Heroes etc. But also many movies, Wii tv shows, music and videos much more!!!
All you need is to join one of those sites to download so many resources. So you can download all those media as you wish!
And some sites can provide simple software help you to burn the ISO Games into DVDs, it is very easy and fast. After the instructions by them, you can go ahead to play those games you burned onto your Wii.

When I hook up my wii to the internet, my computers internet doesnt work? |
I have a router, which is hooked up to my boyfriends computer. We set up the internet on the wii, and the internet did work on it. Now though, whenever my boyfriend wants to use the internet on his compute,r he has to unplug the router from his cmoputer and then plug it back in and then it works. Does anybody else have problems with the internet working on both the wii and the computer? Any suggestions? Thanks!
Heres the steps (this is a common problem for manually assigned IP from providers like comcast)
1. Connect the game console and any other devices that will be using the internet to the router
2. Disconnect the modem from the router
3. Reset the router with the modem still detatched
4. Reset the modem and attach it to the router
5. Turn on all of the devices.

Mario Kart Wii Question: How do you turn your kart/bike at the start of a race before the countdown? |
I’ve been watching some of the world record time trials on mario kart wii lately, and I noticed that some players turn their bike before they start to accerelate. Is this some kind of hack or cheat? If not I would be greatful to know how it’s done, thank you.
If you are on a bike, you can lift your wheel like you would do when riding a wheelie. Your player will lift the bike, and put it back down pretty quickly. If you turn your wheel as you lift it, the bike will be pointed in whatever direction you turned the wheel. You can start off the race in that direction.
