when you buy a nintendo wii controller does it come with batteries? or you have to buy them separate? |
I am asking many questions about wii, because i am getting it for christmas, my big sister is buying it for me and she wants me to write down everything i want with the wii, including a controller cuz i need one for my little brother, i am pretty sure one comes in a box too but i am wondering when you buy the wii controller does it come with batteries, or do you have to buy the batteries yourself?
well i got a wii for my birthday last month.the whole wii package comes with the wii,the wii sensor bar,the wii stand,all the wires you need to plug it in,one controller with batteries,wii sports,and wii sports resort.its better to buy another remote from argos as well if you buy the package from argos because you do get the wii remote docking station half price,and especially if you are young and play on the wii allot like me,you will have to change the batteries like maybe once a month or something,depends how much you play.but yes with the wii package you get one controller with batteries innit.

Is the nintendo gamecube controller compatible with the New Super Mario Bros. game for the Nintendo wii? If not, which of them are?
Hey, definitely disappointing but you can only use the Wii remote. You can either have it turned on its side, or have the nunchuck hooked up to it, but no classic controller or gamecube.

Ok, i’m confused in terms of what would be more of a worth while investment. Right now i only have to Wiimote, and the nunchuk.
I really want to get Mario kart, so that way i have the wheel…..but i would also want to play against my brother to. So can i buy and hook up the classic controller for 2 players? (rather than the almost $50 for another wii mote)
Also, im planning on getting Brawl, so same situation there.
And if i were to get the classic, would that work with majority of the games?
I was reading alot of these questions, is it true that the classic controller is mostly for online? also, i have to connect the classic to the wiimote? Can’t i connect directly to the console, so that way two people can play at the same time?
More than anything, i just need the which ever options saves me the most money, because i am paying for all this myself

I almost forgot to ask..if i get the Brawl, can i play that using only the remote, or would i have to use the nunchuck with that?
Just buy one controller. If you were to get a classic controller it would need a wiimote to connect to it anyway. Plus classic controller only works with the minority of wii games. a second wiimote is exactly what you need. I was in the same situation but i bought the Wii Play + Wiimote bundle for only $10 more than just the wiimote so that way i got an extra game too

pretty much, im askin can u use the GameCube controller instead of the wii Remote flipped upside-down?
i hate that control, im so much better at games like Super smash bros brawl wit the gamecube controller.
Certain games also support the Gamecube controller and the Classic controller. Smash Bros. will support both.
