Do all new Nintendo Wii consoles have the original firmware version?

My Wii updated firmware past 3.2 and I want 3.2. I certainly don’t want to use Homebrew to help me in any way. My idea is to sell my console and buy a new one, because I heard that all new wii consoles still have old firmware. Is this true?

No they come with updated software, also they have an apoxy on the motherboard to hinder the placement of none solder mod-chips. I was pretty bummed when I cracked mine open.

I’d presume that as new Wii’s are released, they’d be installed with whatever the latest firmware that is available at the time.

No why would you want an earlier one if you don’t want homebrew
